At the origin
David & David Studio was founded by Flora, Laurence and Philippe David, photographic artists and publishers. They founded their publishing studio as a family, offering original and contemporary art posters printed in their studio in the south of France.
The collections, inspired by travel, nature and architecture, include photographs, illustrations, paintings and digital prints. Concerned about the quality and sustainability of their offer, the posters are printed to order, on a premium and environmentally friendly paper, certified FSC.

Premium, sustainable, and eco-friendly printing
Every item purchased from us is printed in our studio in Provence.
We have chosen a 230g white matte fine art paper for our prints. As well as offering vibrant colours and a velvety feel, this paper is from responsible, forest-friendly sources (FSC Label). Our inks are also solvent-free, while prints and framing are made to order to avoid waste and over-consumption.
Prints are made on fine art printers, whose pigment inks guarantee a great depth of colour, as well as an exceptional longevity of over 75 years.
A family history
David & David Studio is first and foremost the story of a couple, Laurence and Philippe David, who met in the 1980s on the benches of an art school in Lyon. As versatile artists and inspired entrepreneurs, they founded David & David Studio in 2008, initially publishing only their own photographs.
A few years later, their second daughter Flora joined the project. Between the three of them, they have shaped the studio into what it is today: a publisher of contemporary art posters for modern interiors.
A studio in the south of France
Our studio is located in Montélimar, a small town in Provence where the mistral wind blows strongly. In this 450m2 space are our offices, the printing studio and the production workshop, as well as a "gallery" area to present our new products.
The bonus : The best pastry shop in town has set up its workshop just below our premises. In the morning, you can smell the fragrance of freshly baked croissants throughout the studio.
