An art print publishing house
Based in Provence, David & David Studio is a French publishing house born of the David family's passion. After more than ten years developing a unique craft, the founders decided to take a well-deserved retirement in their corner of the Drôme provençale.
Aurélie Barrier and Clément Doré then took over the studio, continuing with the same mission: to take you traveling through the most beautiful places in the world.
Inspired by travel, nature, and architecture, the collections bring together photographs and illustrations. Every artwork is exclusively distributed, created by the studio or by the selection of talented artists — emerging and established — with whom they collaborate.
Our Lyon boutique
In May 2024, Aurélie and Clément opened their first boutique: Maison Crush, in a Lyon so dear to their hearts. A place to showcase David & David and connect directly with their customers.
In this 90m² art shop, you'll find our collections alongside a carefully curated selection of pop-culture creations.

Our story
In the Drôme provençale
Founding of the studio
Passionate about imagery and travel, the photographer couple Laurence & Philippe David founded their art print publishing house.
In their printing and framing workshop, they spent nearly ten years developing a unique artisanal craft. The first collections told the story of their travels, before gradually opening up to the lenses of other photographers — including those of their daughters.
A new momentum
Illustration
Already recognized in fine art photography publishing, the studio opened its collections to illustrators.
The ambition: to give young artists a new space for expression and allow their creations to find a place in people's homes, among an audience with a love for interior design.

TAKING OVER THE STUDIO
Having founded their own art print brand, the Lyon-based artist couple took over the reins of David & David Studio following the retirement of its founders.
They chose to preserve the historic Montélimar workshop (and the wonderful team working there), while bringing a new momentum with the arrival of several artists and by getting personally involved in the creations.

A production workshop in Provence
Our studio is located in Montélimar, a small town in Provence where the mistral blows strong. This 450m² space is home to our production and framing workshop.
Under the supervision of Elisa, our workshop manager, every print that comes off our fine art printers is prepared with love 💜
Thanks to a 230g matte white fine art paper from responsible, forest-friendly sources (FSC label), and solvent-free pigment inks, we guarantee artworks with intense, long-lasting colors.
From the choice of materials to the final print, our craftsmanship shows in every detail, to offer you truly unique creations.
